Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC seeks Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under a Clinical Supervisor across CARD centers, patient homes, schools, and telehealth settings.

You will collect progress data, implement treatment plans, and communicate with families while maintaining HIPAA standards and a compassionate, professional approach. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement as you gain BCBA paths.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training including a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients 1:1 or in groups under the Clinical Supervisor.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement feedback during each session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate records and HIPAA compliance.
