Centria Autism is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll work one-on-one to execute individualized plans and foster essential skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living while addressing challenging behaviors.

Comprehensive training is provided. Applicants should be patient, compassionate, and able to move and assist physically with up to 50 pounds, with certification pathways starting after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion while working one-on-one with children.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Age 18 or older; high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and support family goals.
