Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) to help children with autism develop essential skills in a supportive home and community setting.

No prior experience is required; we offer a 40-hour training and a completion bonus. Positions start part-time with flexible scheduling to fit student or caregiver needs, and opportunities for growth exist within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to commit to at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to help them learn new skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
• Track progress and record session data.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
