Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) to work with children in their homes or community settings. You will help children learn new skills, follow individualized plans, and support families under clinical supervision.

No prior experience is required, and a 40-hour RBT training is mandatory. Training is unpaid, but eligible candidates can earn a bonus for completing it within one month, with part-time, flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to commit to at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to help them learn new skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
• Track progress and record session data.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
