Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking compassionate helpers to assist children with autism, helping them acquire new skills, gain independence, and reach their full potential. No prior experience is required; positions are part-time with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Training is unpaid, but eligible candidates can earn a 225–900 training completion bonus by finishing the required 40-hour training within one month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to commit to at least six months.
• All positions start part-time.
• Services take place in clients’ homes or community settings.
• Completion of the required 40-hour RBT training course is mandatory.
• No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to help them learn new skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
• Track progress and record session data.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Work with families and the clinical team to support each child’s growth.
