Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) to help children with Autism develop new skills in home and community settings. Part-time positions with flexible scheduling allow you to gain valuable experience in psychology, education, and behavioral health.

No experience is required, and the role offers a potential $225–$900 training completion bonus upon completing the 40-hour training within one month. Completion of the required 40-hour RBT training is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to commit to at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to help them learn new skills.
