Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part-time staff to help children with Autism learn new skills in their homes or community settings. No experience is required, and you will receive a 40-hour RBT training with supervision.

You’ll work one-on-one with children, track progress, and support families as part of a clinical team. Training completion offers a bonus, and roles offer flexible scheduling to fit student and caregiver needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to commit to at least six months.
• All positions start part-time.
• Services take place in clients' homes or community settings.
• Completion of the required 40-hour RBT training course is mandatory.
• No prior experience is necessary.
