Job summary

Heartland ABA in Hillsboro, KS is looking for dedicated individuals to join as part-time ABA aides who help children with autism develop skills in home and community settings.

No prior experience is required, and a 40-hour RBT training is provided with a completion bonus potential. This role offers flexible scheduling and valuable exposure to psychology, education, and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to commit to at least six months.
• All positions start part-time.
• Services take place in clients' homes or community settings.
• Completion of the required 40-hour RBT training course is mandatory.
