Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to support children with Autism in home and community settings. The role is part-time with flexible scheduling and paid training completion bonuses upon finishing the 40-hour RBT course within one month.

No experience required; you will receive clinical supervision, track progress, and help children develop new skills while contributing to their growth and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to commit to at least six months.
• Completion of the required 40-hour RBT training course is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to help them learn new skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
