Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy) to assist children with autism in developing skills, independence, and confidence. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in psychology, education, and behavioral health, with training pathways and a chance to earn a training completion bonus.

All positions start part-time and services occur in clients’ homes or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to commit to at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to help them learn new skills.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
• Track progress and record session data.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
