Job summary

United Care ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and their families. You will join a mission-driven team that prioritizes growth, well-being, and reliable care in a nurturing environment across multiple NY locations.

We offer flexible scheduling, mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for advancement toward lead RBT, trainer, or BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in any setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Reliability and attention to detail are important for daily support.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based support to children and families.
• Follow established protocols and scheduling processes to ensure consistent care.
• Collaborate with BCBA mentors to support client progress.
