Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting—schools, camps, daycare, or youth services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with families.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail in daily support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to children during ABA sessions.
• Assist implementing behavior plans under supervision of BCBA/RBTs.
• Document progress and communicate observations to the team.
• Collaborate with BCBA and teammates to ensure quality caregiver support.
