United Care ABA is actively hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about working with children and eager to begin a meaningful career in ABA. We support growth from BT to RBT, with options to become a Lead RBT and potential scholarship to become a BCBA.

We offer hands-on training, regular clinical supervision, and a clear path for advancement within a collaborative, team-oriented environment encouraging long-term development in ABA.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children and a desire to make a lasting difference.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within your first few months of employment (required).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clinical guidance.
• A long-term interest in growing within the field of ABA, including pursuing advanced care roles such as RBT and eventually BCBA.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
