Job summary

United Care Applied Behavioral Analysis PLLC in New York is seeking Behavior Technicians to launch a second career in ABA or transition fully into the field. You will receive hands-on training and clinical supervision from experienced BCBA staff, with a clear growth path from BT to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology/education is a plus.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within the first months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under supervision of a BCBA to implement ABA.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Record session data accurately and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
