Job summary

United Care ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to collaborate with BCBA-supervised ABA therapy for children. The role supports in-home and center-based sessions with growth toward RBT certification. Flexible full- and part-time schedules align with existing CNA shifts, with strong mentorship and a team-focused culture.

You’ll grow your skills through hands-on training and ongoing supervision, paving a path from BT to RBT and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within the first few months.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
