United Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children through ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This role offers flexible scheduling with both in-home and center-based options and serves as a pathway to RBT certification and long-term clinical roles.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within the first months of employment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Passion for working with children and making a lasting difference.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow clinical guidance.
• Long-term interest in growing within ABA, including pursuing advanced roles.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
