Ro Health, LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA-based strategies, assist with daily living activities, and help clients develop essential skills for success in school and daily life.

The role requires data collection, collaboration with supervisors, and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Start in August for the 2026-27 school year, with opportunities to grow within the team and organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year is required.
• Special education experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans to promote skill development.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to foster independence.
• Collect accurate data on client behaviors to guide treatment adjustments.
• Support educational activities, teaching social, communication, and adaptive skills.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and care plans.
• Collaborate with supervisors to modify strategies based on data and client needs.
• Provide patient and family-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
