The role emphasizes collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate progress notes and ensuring HIPAA compliance while supporting daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral therapy methods.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavior management techniques.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Work with individuals on activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain progress documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
