Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1, home-based ABA services for children from birth to 21 years. You will work under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and supporting families in implementing treatment plans.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, paid training, and a team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow. Transportation to client locations is expected, and confidentiality is essential under HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment plan effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physical activity to keep pace with children aged 2–15.
• Follow BCBA/LBA instructions and perform any other tasks.
• Fixed schedule Monday–Friday 3pm–7pm, some weekends.
