Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team for one-on-one, home-based ABA services with children from birth to 21. You will work alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans in clients’ homes, providing data collection and family training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with children with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned home locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA.
• Strong verbal and written communication; follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions, including movement of 2–15 year olds.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
