Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to support ABA programs for individuals with autism in CARD centers, homes, schools, or via telehealth. Under supervision, you will implement treatment plans and track progress to help patients acquire skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

The role offers training, career growth toward BCBA, flexible part-time options, and a supportive team focused on compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or professional degree not required; HS diploma acceptable
• Strong communication and ethical handling of sensitive information
• Ability to work with diverse individuals and families in multiple settings

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or small group settings
• Assist in collecting and recording progress data with accuracy
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct at all times
• Adapt treatment techniques to patient needs and setting while following supervisor guidance
