Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy across centers, homes, schools, or via telehealth. You will work under a Clinical Supervisor to implement treatment plans, collect data, and ensure high-quality care for CARD patients and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training and exams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or group treatment to CARD patients under supervision.
• Record and monitor patient progress with accuracy.
• Implement treatment plans and adhere to clinical standards.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Operate in CARD centers, patients' homes, schools, or via telehealth.
