Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to work 1-on-1 with children in their homes, delivering ABA treatment under BCBA supervision. This role focuses on implementing individualized plans, collecting data, and supporting families in applying strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or disabilities preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and policy adherence.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to locations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treating plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions and assist with activities.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
