Community Autism Services is hiring a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician in Hayward, CA to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in homes, schools, and community settings. Grow hours toward a full-time schedule as cases become available, with paid onboarding and ongoing support.

The role offers a clear growth path to Full-Time BT, Lead BT, ABA Instructor, ACS, and BCBA as you gain experience and hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your service region.
• Valid driver's license and punctual attendance.
• Comfort working across home, school, and community settings.
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children.
• Accurately collect session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
