Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Hobbs, New Mexico is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs) to join a compassionate, growth-oriented team. You’ll work one-on-one with children, implementing ABA treatment plans under supervision of BCBA professionals in various settings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a commitment to data collection and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degrees are a plus.
• Must be reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children and travel to client locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency under supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team in supervision meetings and trainings.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
