Qualifications

• Must be reliable and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Physical capability to engage in therapy with young children.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans consistently under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress.
