Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one sessions and individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

You will learn and apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring safety and well‑being. Training is provided, with a focus on growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and team‑oriented.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test (if you haven't had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow guidance from a BCBA and use evidence-based techniques.
