Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to build communication and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive onboarding and training, with opportunities to grow in the field of Behavioral Analysis. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds as needed during activities with clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated compassion and patience in working with children.
• Ability to work well in a team and support BCBA-guided plans.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Assist in reducing interfering behaviors under supervision of a BCBA.
