Centria Autism is hiring enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes patience, teamwork, and compassion. Training is provided, and the job involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Background check clearance.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using behavior plans.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Under the guidance of a BCBA, monitor progress and adjust strategies.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient environment.
