Job summary

Coyne & Associates Education Corp. is seeking a Behavior Tech to work in clients' homes in California. You will deliver in-home ABA support, implement lesson plans, and track progress while training and supporting families and caregivers.

No formal experience required initially, but you will be paid during training and can grow into a Trainer role. Flexible hours include part-time, full-time, and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• 60 college units completed.
• At least 6 months of experience with children under 12 (paid or unpaid).
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
• You're 21+ and have a car with license and insurance to match.
• California Driver's License or active military status qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, bringing lesson plans to life.
• Take detailed notes, track progress, and celebrate wins during sessions.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA concepts in daily moments.

Your Superpowers:

Here’s What We're Looking For:

• You have 60 college units completed
• At least 6 months of experience with children under the age of 12 (paid or unpaid)
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages)
• You're ages 21+ (our insurance says so) and have a car with a license and insurance to match
• You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle
