Job summary

Coyne & Associates hires Behavior Technicians to work in the homes of children with developmental delays/autism. You will be in-home, delivering 1:1 sessions and learning hands-on while receiving paid training.

No formal experience is required initially, with growth paths as you develop skills. We offer paid training, part-time and Saturday shifts, mileage reimbursements, and benefits as detailed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required or 4 years experience in early intervention.
• Experience working with children in early intervention is acceptable.
• Must be 21+ and hold a California driver’s license with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work in children’s homes delivering ABA-based sessions 1:1.
• Take notes to track progress and capture meaningful session details.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily moments.

Education

Your Superpowers:

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR
• 4 years experience in early intervention

• You’re ages 21+(our insurance says so)
• You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle
