Job summary

Coyne & Associates in New York is seeking a Behavior Tech Rockstar. No formal experience required; you will be in homes delivering lessons to children ages 1-12 with developmental delays or autism, learning hands-on in real-life sessions.

You’ll be paid your full rate during training and have flexible hours including part-time, full-time, and Saturday gigs. We provide training and growth opportunities, plus mileage reimbursement and tools of the trade.

Qualifications

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
• 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field) and 6 months experience with children
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and 6 months experience with children
• You must be 21+ with a car and valid insurance

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in homes delivering ABA-based lessons
• Take detailed progress notes and track session data
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA techniques in daily routines

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
• 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children, OR
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.

• You're ages 21+ (our insurance says so) and have a car with a license and insurance to match.

Compensation: Pay range represents a good-faith estimate the Company reasonably expects to pay at time of hire. Based on position, employees may also be eligible for incentives, drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws, last minute cancellation pay, 401k benefits, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay and paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws.
