Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Tech to join our team in California. No formal experience required; you’ll work in home settings with children ages 1–12, applying ABA techniques under close supervision and hands-on coaching from BCBA leaders.

We offer competitive pay: $21–$27 per hour, paid training, flexible hours (part-time and Saturdays), mileage reimbursement, company tablet and phone reimbursement, and clear paths for professional growth into trainer roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in a related field or 6 months experience working with children.
• 4 years experience in early intervention.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in their homes with developmental delays/autism.
• Take notes to track progress and capture session details.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily moments.
• Attend training sessions and maintain accurate data records.

Your Superpowers:

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR
• 4 years experience in early intervention

• You’re ages 21+(our insurance says so)
• You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle
