Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in-home with children aged 1–12, implementing ABA-based lesson plans and tracking progress during sessions.

No formal experience required. Trainable candidates can earn a competitive $21–$27 per hour, with paid training, mileage reimbursement, and flexible part-time options. California driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 months of experience working with children; OR 4 years of experience in early intervention.
• You must be 21+ years old.
• California Driver's License or active military status; insured vehicle and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 1–12 in home sessions; implement lesson plans.

Your Superpowers:

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children OR
• 4 years experience in early intervention

• You’re ages 21+(our insurance says so)
• You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle
