Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our in-home ABA program. You will work 1:1 with children aged 1–12 with developmental delays/autism, learning hands-on in real-life sessions.

No formal experience required; training is paid. The role offers flexible hours (part-time, full-time, Saturdays), with mileage reimbursement and company-issued iPad + phone reimbursement to support data tracking and caregiver coaching.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 60 college units completed.
• At least 6 months experience with children under 12 (paid or unpaid).
• California Driver's License with auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in clients' homes.
• Track progress and document data.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies at home.

Your Superpowers:

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• You have 60 college units completed
• At least 6 months of experience with children under the age of 12 (paid or unpaid)
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages)
• You’re ages 21+ (our insurance says so) and have a car with a license and insurance to match.
• You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle
