Job summary

Coyne & Associates is hiring a Behavior Technician in California to support children with developmental delays in-home sessions. No formal experience required; paid training and supervision provided. We are a top-rated ABA agency with strong BCBA leadership and a supportive team environment.

As a technician you will perform 1:1 sessions in clients' homes, take progress notes, and coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily moments. Flexible hours and growth paths offered.

Qualifications

• 60 college units completed.
• At least 6 months of experience with children under 12 (paid or unpaid).
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (any age).
• Ages 21+ and valid driver license, auto insurance, reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Take notes to track progress and capture meaningful details.

Your Superpowers:

Here's What We’re Looking For:

• You have 60 college units completed
• At least 6 months of experience with children under the age of 12 (paid or unpaid)
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages)
• You’re ages 21+ (our insurance says so) and have a car with a license and insurance to match.
• You have or are willing to obtain a California Driver's License (or are active military/military dependent), you're insured on an auto insurance policy, and you have a reliable vehicle
