Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism. Sessions occur in clients’ homes and some centers, primarily after-school hours 3:30pm–8pm, Monday–Friday. Earn $20.00–$25.75 per hour with daily pay options.

You will help kids learn through play, model positive behaviors, stay active during sessions, and track progress with your team. A high school diploma or GED and 6+ months of experience with kids are required; a reliable car and

• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Teach children new skills through play and activities.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate small victories.
• Stay active during sessions with kids.
• Keep track of progress and organize session notes.
• Support families as part of the care team.
