Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism in their homes and occasionally at local centers. You will be trained to deliver applied behavior analysis techniques, track progress, and collaborate with families.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience with kids. A reliable car and driver’s license are necessary, with daily pay access and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer).
• Able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Reliable transportation and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Teach kids new skills through play and structured activities.
• Be a positive role model and celebrate progress daily.
• Stay active during sessions by engaging with children and moving around.
• Keep notes on activities and progress; training provided.
