Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is hiring part-time and full-time positions to support children and teens with autism in their homes or local centers. Sessions run primarily after school hours with some daytime slots, offering daily pay access and a competitive hourly wage.

You’ll design engaging activities to teach communication, social skills, and following directions, while monitoring progress and coordinating with families. A reliable vehicle and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed and at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college)
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Patience and energy to keep up with energetic kiddos

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours) & Full-Time
• Hours: Availability required 4-5 weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $21-$27/hr (Entry-level BT to Advanced BT pay range shown)

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed AND at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled in college courses)
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
