Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Sacramento, CA is seeking compassionate, reliable aides to support children and teens with autism in-home sessions and at local centers when needed. This part-time role offers Monday–Friday availability from 3:30pm to 8pm, up to 20 hours per week, with daily pay access.

You will help kids learn through play, stay active during sessions, and track progress for families. Spanish speaking is a plus and adds $0.50 per hour. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer)
• Reliable car, driver's license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks

• Help Kids Learn Through Play: Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities.
• Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.
• Stay Active: You’ll be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions.
• Keep Things Organized: Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we’ll train you on this too).
• Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.

Schedule & Pay

• Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 20 hours)
• Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.
• Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $20.50-$26.25
• Spanish speaking is a plus, and will earn you $.50 more per hour

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or GED completed
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos
