Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in San Jose, CA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support children and teens with autism in home and center settings.

You’ll receive full training, earn $25.00–$31.00 per hour, and access daily pay. Evening and weekend shifts offer additional pay; Spanish skills add $0.50/hr. Join a supportive team focused on real progress and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!).
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to pass background and health checks.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently.
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos.
