Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians for a center-based program in New Jersey. This role involves 1-1 treatment with clients aged 2–15 under BCBA supervision, collecting progress data, and supporting families in implementing plans.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with BCBA and families, and maintaining strong communication. The role supports a fast-paced, child-centered environment with training provided; part-time and/or full-time hours available, $18–$24

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities to keep pace with children 2–15 years old.
