Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, and clinics. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized plans, track progress, and ensure data accuracy.

Training and mentorship are provided to support your growth toward RBT certification and BCBA pathways. Starting pay is published for BT and RBT roles, with opportunities for progression through our advancement programs and scholarship options

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
