Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join a center-based program, working 1-1 with children aged 2–15 under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and train families on plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred, training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and applicable parties.
• Assist with physical activities and keep pace with children aged 2–15 years.
