Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team and support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with a child under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior plans and using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification to be obtained.
• TB test within required timeframe.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification due within 45 days of onboarding.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based behavior techniques.
• Collaborate with BCBA guidance to implement intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor and document progress during sessions.
