Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision to teach communication and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and requires patience, teamwork, and a compassionate approach to helping children with autism.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be patient, compassionate and work well in a team.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Assist in monitoring progress and documenting outcomes.
