Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians, supporting children with autism one-on-one under the guidance of a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques and remain patient and collaborative in a team setting.

This role requires physical stamina, a passion for helping children, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Competenze

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work in a team.
• 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
