Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Warrenton, Virginia. You will work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by BCBA supervisors to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families. This role offers growth opportunities, PTO from day one, health insurance, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA.

Pay

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role will involve implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills.
