Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. You will deliver ABA therapy in center- and home-based settings, track progress, and collaborate with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable with varied physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $26.00-$27.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 22.00 for each billable client hour worked

• 18.45/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

• Fully paid training - no experiencerequired

• Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
