Job summary

BlueSprig is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism. Training is fully paid and mentorship is ongoing, with on-site BCBA support to guide clinical decisions.

Compensation ranges $21.00–$23.00 per hour for billable RBT hours, plus additional BT/RBT training pay, and a $200 first-pay bonus if RBT certification is active at hire. Full-time benefits are included.

• Experience with autism therapy or ABA is preferred but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $21.00–$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 21.00 for each billable client hour worked

• 20.00/hour paid for all non-billable during training and administrative time as a BT and 15.00 for all non-billable during training and administrative time as an RBT.

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

WhatYou’llDo
